To process your rental application, please carefully review and complete the following steps:
🔹 Application Requirements:
Each adult (18 years or older) who will be living in the home must complete a separate rental application.
There is a non-refundable $50 application fee per adult (18+).
🔹 Documents to Email:
Please send the following items to SeaShoreRealty3018550@gmail.com:
📸 Copy of a valid driver's license or state-issued ID (front and back).
💼 At least two (2) months of recent pay stubs per applicant.
Documents must be submitted as a PDF or readable attachment (not screenshots).
If you are self-employed, please contact the Property Manager directly to determine what documentation will be required.
